Emma heads up the day to day running of S11 Surveyors and oversees both the surveying teams and the support team.

We have a small team of employed surveyors who between them cover most of England and Wales.

All are MRICS or FRICS accredited and if they go into Wales, they have a thorough understanding of the Welsh law and how it subtly differs from the English.

Our employed surveyors have each completed hundreds of Housing Conditions inspections, including for both Landlord and Tenant.  They undergo regular training and assist with case assessment and Triage as well as being out in the field.

We all need a helping hand and that's where our contract surveyors come in.  Hand picked to work with us, all our Contract Surveyors go through the same COD programme as our in-house team to ensure consistency and quality across the board.  If you are a surveyor and you're interested in joining our team please contact Emma Cundle.
